Have you made a will yet? It's important to ensure that your wishes are known so that your property or possessions will be distributed satisfactorily after your death.

Remember that unmarried partners and partners who have not registered a civil partnership cannot inherit from each other unless there is a will, so the death of one partner may create serious financial problems for the remaining partner. Also, if you have children, you'll need to make a will so that arrangements for the children can be made if either one or both parents die.

By instructing us to draft your will, you can be sure that there will be no mistakes, and it will have exactly the effect you want.

If you need to deal with someone’s estate following their death we can offer advice on Probate.  This is the means by which you or somebody else will obtain an authority to collect in the money and pay the debts and distribute the estate of the deceased person.
